National University, in conjunction with the Spectrum Pacific Learning Company has recently restructured their customer service department. Now known as the Student Concierge Service, the intent is to offer students more superior customer service in an efficient and more accessible way.
According to a James Irvine Foundation survey conducted by Peter D. Hart Research Associates, one-third of California's current high school students will drop out. An additional third of students will receive their diplomas unprepared for college or the workplace.
